We don't give Estimates.

An estimate is a guess, or a ballpark number that has no research into the costs of the project, which is to say there will be un-calculated costs later.  And older coastal homes are more at risk to surprise costs.  

We do detailed Proposals.

We take time in talking to you about any possible surprises that may come up either due to the age of the home, any previous work done or other issues we may find, so that you as the homeowner, can make informed decisions with the design and layout. Our Proposals are done in the most timely manner possible, allotting for our plumbers and electricians to have time to come out and get a full detailed scope and provide accurate costs of the work.  Design renderings are drafted, prepared and approved by you, the homeowner.  Our Proposals are thorough and price conscious with regards to your budget.  Prices for proposals vary depending on the size and scope of the work and are credited back to you once your project is under contract with us.
